Infrared welding technology – future and application – technical conference

The FRIMO plastics joining specialists have acknowledged the positive response from the participants of the 1st INFRARED Conference 2010 and the strong customer demand for a follow-up event: the 2nd INFRARED Conference will be held in the Gastwerk Hotel in Hamburg, Germany, on 21st and 22nd  June 2012.

The objective of the 2nd INFRARED Conference is to transfer knowledge of infrared technology to participants while enabling providers and users to exchange their experience at the same time. Expert speakers will present all of the latest developments in the theory and practice of infrared welding.

The first day of the conference will treat the topic “Infrared joins plastics”.

The day will also focus on “Technology live” at the Hamburg site. Here participants will turn their attention to the latest tooling and machinery technology, materials testing, quality inspections and process monitoring. Various partner companies will also have information booths there to round out the exhibition.

The fee for participation in this two-day event is EUR 495.00 plus VAT. It covers conference materials, beverages, lunches and the evening event. Registrations are still being accepted.
