Tailor-made plants and tools for OneShot technology

The combination of multiple technologies/procedures in one process step is also called OneShot technology. In this case semi-finished products, e.g. of renewable raw materials such as natural fibres, and decorative materials, e.g. textiles, have to be handled in one production step to finish the component, e.g. a door panel.

FRIMO has developed a modular system that allows for the simple and customized configuration of a OneShot-plant with the included tools. The following units can be integral parts of such a plant: Feed station, heating station, calibrating station, material assembling, press with OneShot tool, parts-removal station.
