For a comfortable and smooth accounting you can send us your invoices digitally. This new process helps you as our supplier to save costs such as postage charges, envelopes and the sending of paper invoices. Furthermore our accounting does not have to manually feed the invoice data into the system.
Therefore we need machine readable and strucutred files with your invoice data as CSV or XML files and the invoice itself as a PDF file with an electronic qualified signature. Please send your files to in-box@trustpact.com. The company Trustpact helps us to convert your files into the right format for accounting system. If you do not have the chance to create PDF files with a qualified signature Trustpact is pleased to help you with it.

Invoices with "old" address can no longer be processed and will be send back to sender. Please only sent paper invoices to the above mentioned addresses. Other business mail has to be sent to the known FRIMO addresses.
