FRIMO Inc. is a machine build and tooling company which designs and manufactures state of the art, complex tooling and machinery for automotive interiors. We are currently seeking a second scheduler. The purpose of the scheduling function is to steer all processes for product creation (value creating processes). The candidate may be required to travel occasionally, both locally and across international borders. The candidate is also required to be a self-motivated individual that can work as a team player.

Responsibilities
  • Initiate WBS-elements, timelines and budgets together with the Head of Departments for all new programs and ensure that this information is available for all Team Leaders
  • Capture the dynamics of each current program by reviewing with Team Leaders and Department Heads and updating the timelines and forecasts in consultation with the WIP Accountant
  • Function as a communicator for internal and external interferences of the basic timelines/forecasts/scope of delivery according to the process descriptions put in place
  • Together with Operations Team, the scheduler is the central contact point for the sales managers to provide realistic timing according to the capacity utilization
Qualifications
  • Ability for analytical and joined-up thinking to strive for overall optimization
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5-7 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (manufacturing related, not necessarily automotive)
  • High affinity for Information Technologies and respective tools (MS-Project, SAP)
  • Good social skills for communicating well on all levels
  • Computer skills required (Microsoft office, web based programs, data input)
