FRIMO VarioForm in-line machines are a perfect fit for economically deep drawing or vacuum laminating. A variety of concepts and models are available to fit every application. No matter which model you choose, cycle times for producing premium decorative trim parts for automotive interiors can be greatly reduced. The EcoVarioForm is the cost-effective entry-level model of in-line machines. The swivel-shift platen configuration allows extremely efficient production in a small space.

FRIMO VarioForm in-line machines with a sliding or turn table are a perfect fit for economically deep drawing or vacuum laminating rolled materials or pre-cut blanks. In-mold graining (IMG) is also possible. With patented concepts for material and energy savings, production is guaranteed to be competitive.

COMBINED DEEP DRAWING AND VACUUM LAMINATING MACHINE

The FRIMO "combi" machine is an IMG-capable in-line machine that combines deep drawing of foils for back foaming and vacuum laminating of substrates.

Our multipurpose machine (MPM) multi-talented machine is an ideal solution for flexible small series production. It switches seamlessly between vacuum laminating, edge folding, press laminating, and groove laminating.

Large components two at a time

The SheetFed thermoforming concept for deep drawing and vacuum laminating is especially well-suited for large parts that need to be produced two at a time. Instrument panels are a typical example.
